STYLE ORIGIN: Inspiring Imagination at the CENTRIO, AYALA MALL 2013

Fashion again proved to be more than elegance and sophistication as approximately 20 scores of excited crowd turned up, witnessing for the opening of Style Origin, a fashion and lifestyle show led by the Ayala Malls last March 25, 2013 held at the Activity Center of Centrio, Ayala Mall, Cagayan de Oro City.

Style Origin (Inspiring Imagination) by Ayala Mall is an annual event of fashion, lifestyle and music to “re-define and elevate retail experience” beyond fashion experience covering major cities in the country thus, opening its door for the first time in the City of Golden Friendship.

Hosted by Ms Phoemela Baranda, a TV Host and Personality and directed by Mr Robbie Carmona, leading Director of SAGA Event, Centrio Mall transformed into a fashion house as professional Kagay-anon models presented and showcased on the runway the newest and premiere collections with innovative impressions of homegrown label and top brands in the Philippine fashion industry and international retail brands such as Folded & Hung, Mags, Parfois, Rockport, Spruce, Jockey, Bettina, Bambu, Artwork, Bench both for men and women.

Hundreds of crowd went wild when Ayala Mall brought in Ms Julia Barretto, a young actress of Star Magic in the stage as she walked gracefully in the runway featuring a fusion of modern design of fashion and style outfit. As part of their mission, “Ayala Mall has yet again launched another campaign that is set to inspire the Filipinos’ lifestyle”.

Famous fashion and lifestyle personalities were spotted gracing the event including Ms Maria Irene Aserios of Mindanaoan.com, Ms Mia Durano of Thehandmadeturban.com, and Ms Angela Chavez Fortich.

The after-event was blended with a house and techno beat of Mr RB Banaag, a promising young Disc Jock Cagayan de Oro should be proud of with Models from Gil Ex, Models Associations Cagayan de Oro, Gliterrati) such as Ms Maxine Monasterio, Ms Maristela Baang, and Ms Alanna Pleuvoir elegantly posed at the Vignette during the cocktail at the third floor of the Centrio Mall.

Fashion and Lifestyle Bloggers of CDO Bloggers, Inc. (A SEC-registered Organization of Kagay-anon Bloggers) and Bukidnon Bloggers also gracefully join the event as one of its social media partners. As a proud member of the Association, I also witnessed the outstanding success of the show. Not to mention we were on the first rows (VIP seat). Thanks Centrio Management for inviting us.

The Style Origin at the Centrio, Ayala Mall was indeed a real success to both the organizers and the city of Cagayan de Oro.
