ENDLESS SUMMER Beach Festival: The Ultimate Summer Experience

(Northern Mindanao, PHILIPPINES)- Apple Tree Resort and Hotel, the premier Resort and Hotel in Metro Cagayan de Oro in partnership with Tangcalagan Enterprises, Business Week Mindanao, and Mindanao Daily News is going to organize the first full scale summer event in Northern Mindanao dubbed as “ENDLESS SUMMER Beach Festival” happening this May 20-21, 2017.

“ENDLESS SUMMER Beach Festival” will feature different events line up for attendees, and spectators alike such as the mixed Beach Volley Competition, and the 2^nd season of the ZUMBATHON by the bay, a Zumba Dance Marathon Competition. Additionally, the Beach Festival will have its first Photography Workshop and Competition with no less than Mr Jijo de Guzman, Canon Crusader of Light, and Brand Ambassador as he will share his knowledge and expertise on the Sports + Action Photography. Mr Clement Dampal II, a Diversified Lensman and the Resort’s very own Photographer will also talk and share his “photography wisdom” with regard to the Shore-breaks Competition. Moreover, the event will also feature a Skim-boarding Clinic to be headed by Mr Steve Norman “Kinkin” Ebonia”, an award-winning Skim-boarder and Surfer. Furthermore, Endless Summer Beach Festival will feature the 3^rd installment of SHORE-BREAKS: A Skim-boarding Competition; Last year, SHORE-BREAKS was considered as the biggest skim-boarding event in Northern Mindanao and was officially endorsed by the Department of Tourism Region 10 as one of the sought-after events to look forward in Northern Mindanao. Lastly, the event will be folded with unforgettable music experience by some of the Metro Cagayan de Oro’s biggest DJ names of today that have proven to be masters of their own distinct styles on an exclusive pool and foam party, the first in Northern Mindanao.

“ENDLESS SUMMER Beach Festival” positions itself not just as an entertainment event, but it consciously makes the effort of promoting the tourism and lifestyle of Metro Cagayan de Oro and boost not only the tourism aspect but also the exposure of the people on the latest festival scene. The event was created in order to strengthen the sports in Northern Mindanao and provides opportunities to the youth to actively engage in programs and activities promoting the quality of life; hence, creates and develops an understanding of the importance of sport in the pursuit of a healthy and active lifestyle.
