Dine Philippines, the longest running Food Business and Tourism Caravan in the country will be bringing the business and learning opportunities, the best practices, and the latest culinary trends in Cagayan de Oro City on March 14, 2016 (Monday) at Seda Hotel from 1pm to 5pm that is said to change the F and B Game in 2016.
The Dine Philippines will be bringing four speakers to the city in the tourism and culinary fields that will somehow present the profitable gastronomic ventures and will explore the agricultural produce and culinary innovations of the city.
The conference will start off with Mr Adolfo Aran, Jr., currently the president of the Courage Asia Management Consulting on the topic "Top 16 in 2016: Trends and Blends in the F and B Industry" to be followed by Chef Julianne Bernardo, Executive Chef and Owner of JCUPPACAKES on the topic "From Chef to Chief: 5 Things I Learned on my Way to Food Entrepreneurship" around 2:30 pm.
Chef Bruce Lim, Executive Chef/Owner or Rustique Kitchen and Mise En Plus Food Inc. will also discuss the "Business Lessons from an Executive Chef's Perspective" while Mr Jairus Ferrer, Co-founder of Pronic Foods and Cenyu Farm will discuss the "Changing the Supply Game for the Food and Beverage Industry: The Cenyu Case Study" at 4:15pm.
The workshop will be having a panel discussion and and recognition ceremony after the talks of the Outstanding New DINE Destinations in CDO.
