HOME of the original SISIG

What will be your answer when someone outside from Cagayan de Oro City, a foreigner, let say, ask you about where is the home of the original sisig? Do you know the answer? Or are you familiar with the place?

Whether you know it or not, this post is basically about the "home of the original sisig".

"Loreto's Grill and Restaurant"

You heard it right! It is Loreto's Grill and Restaurant and KTV bar, the home of the original sisig. The place is located in #35 Tomas Saco 6th Nazareth, Cagayan de Oro, Philippines, 9000.

I was amazed with the place when I dined last April 08, 2010 with my friends. Talking about the foods? Well, it is so awesome especially their sisig. They have this "lutong bahay" dishes in which I can say, "so delicious".

I was being acquainted too with the music (since they have live bands-music from the city's best acoustic bands) by Eskilera Band and was introduced (by Pierre Marie Cossid, the band vocalist) to the whole band (that includes the Manager, staffs). I was totally surprised with what I experienced that night.

To sum it up, if you want a good food, a friendly ambiance, and a best wholesome entertainment, better check this restaurant and see for yourself.
